Taipei Tech’s APEC Institute of Innovation and Education Development (IIED) hosted the 2023 APEC Youth Capacity Building Training & Model APEC Conference on July 6 and 7, which was the first time that overseas youth delegates (22 in all) from 13 APEC economies flew in to participate in the training sessions together with the local delegates.
